LOT 41 TATTERSALLS CHELTENHAM SALE 11TH DECEMBER 2015
Lifeboat Mona has now won on both of her 2 outings since leaving Redbridge Stables. She was sold privately via Tom Malone Bloodstock after her P2P win in May 2014, and is now trained by Paul Nicholls,
"Not a lot of form to go on here with the first two finishers both making their debuts whilst the third horse had been left at the start on her only previous outing. Lifeboat Mona looked well in the parade ring and appeared to be on one of the more developed mares and should be a pretty useful sort on the back of this performance, as the daughter of Kayf Tara showed a nice turn of foot in the home straight once being sent to the front at the fourth last fence having race in mid division throughout the early stages. Mrsrobin attempted to give chase in the home straight however she could never get on terms with the winner who could only be driven out hands and heels as her rider dropped his stick at the first fence. She is capable of progressing upwards from this and showed the necessary pace which would see her capable of getting competitive in a mares Bumper on the track on a similar surface which she appeared to really act on." p2p.ie
Kris Cross has added another win to his career on 24th Feb 2014 at Musselborough by 12L.
This now brings him to 5 wins (and placed 6 times), not including the P2P that he won for us as a four year old, on his debut - before being sold to his new owner Deborah Thompson.
He holds an entry at Cheltenham in the Kim Muir Challenge.
Congratulations to Deborah Thompson and Lucinda Russell (and team) on another great win.

"A very exciting youngster. This video is a ‘must view’. The manner in which he jumped and travelled throughout this contest oozed class. He is an extremely natural and athletic horse over his fences with impressive scope. He clearly has a very high cruising speed and went very easily clear from his rivals at Tallow to win uncontested. It is difficult to know just how good this fellow could be as he outclassed his rivals but such a wide margin" - taken from P2P.ie
Congratulations to Sean Doyle & The Monbeg Syndicate.
